Expanding in/to Europe?
Your business needs new fields, and you see lots of potential to acquire clients or suppliers. But you don’t know the local rules and you don’t have a trustee in place who could take care of whatever issues inevitably come up. No need to worry, here at Atlantico cross-border problem solving is our day to day life. Lacking this experience, you or your employees would need a lot of time to take care of these things, all precious time that would be better put to use doing something that is productive.
Let us take care of the permits, tax paperwork, registrations or whatever comes up, and stop being limited by your worry of the unknown. It might be unknown for you, but it is what we do, and we do it gladly.
AI will not solve all your problems – but there is a solution
If you have a business, you surely know the feeling: an email, or worse, a physical letter comes in. It could be an authority (like a tax one) or an unpleasant partner, client or supplier. You know it’s important, probably not too urgent, but very unpleasant. No matter what tools you have at your disposal, such as AI systems, invoicing and CRM platforms, anything – they can’t just help with your real problem. You still have to open the message, read it, and make decisions. Unless of course you have the kind of employees who are both capable of taking care of complex and important matters AND are not working on something that actually helps your company keep the lights on.
This is exactly how our company was born: we were active in a number of companies that constantly faced such issues. Since we operated internationally, there was never anyone knowledgeable enough about the laws, accounting rules, paperwork customs of all the countries we needed to cover. The professionals in the company, especially the due diligence professionals, were capable enough of finding out what to do, but you can’t just ask your team to stop working on the projects that cover their salaries. We sat down, got our resources and knowledge piled up, and offered a solution: you guys keep doing what you are best at, and whatever administrative issue comes up, you forward us the message. Fire and forget, we take care of them. Obviously decisions still have to be made, but now we simplify and clarify what the choices are and what they mean. Instead of having to work up the scenarios from scratch, now the decisionmaker has all the facts and paths laid out in front of them, reducing days or weeks of work to a few hours at most.
Why Don’t Accounting Programs Work for My Business?
It all begins with an idea.
It took me a while to understand why off-the-shelf accounting programs don’t seem to work well for my business. I tried multiple platforms, but there was always something missing that made it difficult to use them smoothly for my company.
Surely, I’m not the only one who regularly faces the issue of a platform offering many options to choose from — except the one you actually need. I’ve encountered this every time I’ve tried using a new program.
Eventually, I realized that the solution to my problem is to work with a program —and a team — where the software can be easily tailored to fit my specific needs. That way, I no longer have to deal with the frustration of navigating options that simply don’t apply to me in systems that weren’t truly designed for my business.
Why Can’t You Ever Choose Well from the Available “Packages”?
It all begins with an idea.
I assume most people use platforms and programs the same way I do: I pick the cheapest package that seems to include all the features I need, and then I start working with the program.
Almost every time I do this, it turns out that everything works—except for one small but crucial feature I really need for the whole platform to function properly. This is extremely frustrating because it forces me to upgrade to a more expensive package full of features I’ll never use.
From what I’ve seen, the only real solution is to be able to customize your package—ideally with a partner who truly understands your needs and is willing to adapt the existing system. That way, you can access exactly the features you need without paying for the ones you don’t.
